  • Added option to automatically assign sender as a resource on the ticket. To enable this setting for a forwarder, log into QuickTix and select
    Forwarders
    . Click Edit for the forwarder you would like to update, then check the
    Assign Sender as Resource
    checkbox and click
    Submit

When this option is enabled, the sender will be automatically added as a resource on the ticket (if not already added).

This feature requires an API permission update. View latest API requirements
